No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for:

• Subscription fees: Monthly and annual subscription payments are non-refundable
• Unused services: Credits or subscription time that remain unused

How Credits Work

Credit Purchases

• Non-refundable: All credit purchases are final
• Instant delivery: Credits are added to your account immediately
• No expiration: Credits do not expire unless your account is closed

Fair Usage

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend accounts for abuse or violation of terms
• No refunds for suspensions: Suspended accounts forfeit remaining credits/time
• Monitor usage patterns to prevent system abuse

Exceptional Circumstances

While our no-refund policy is strict, we may consider exceptional cases involving:

• Service outages lasting more than 24 hours
• Technical errors that prevent service access
• Billing mistakes that we can verify

European Union & Consumer Rights

14-Day Cooling-Off Period Does NOT Apply
