I was sick, and every night before bed, Mom would give me medicine. But after taking the medicine, I always had nightmares. The first day, I dreamed I was hit and killed by a speeding truck. The second day, I was wrapped in a sleeping bag, moving, unable to see anything. The third day, Mom told me she was fired from her company, and that night I dreamed Mom frantically cut off my head. The fourth day, it turned out it wasn't a dream. After taking the medicine, I knew I wouldn't live past tonight.
