A man and his girlfriend went for a walk by a lake. Unexpectedly, his girlfriend accidentally fell into the lake. The man hurriedly jumped into the water to search for her, but he could not find her in the end, and his girlfriend drowned. A few years later, he revisited this place, and happened to see an old man fishing here. He asked the old man why none of the fish had aquatic grass stuck to their bodies. The old man said confusedly: "This lake has never grown any aquatic grass." The man was silent for a few minutes, then suddenly jumped into the lake and committed suicide. Why?
