Strange Sounds for the Blind

I am a blind person, and I suspect a thief has entered my house. Recently, there have been strange licking sounds, followed by chewing sounds. A few days later, I heard the window being opened again, followed by sounds of a struggle, and then more licking and chewing sounds.
