Hellish Family

When we arrived at the house where the food poisoning occurred, we found a hellish scene. Everyone was too weak to stand, their faces completely drained of color. We intended to prioritize the elderly person, who seemed most at risk, and move them to the ambulance, but the entire family cried out in unison, 'He's fine!' What's going on?
